An excursion to the town of Agadir, one among the most important seaside resorts in Morocco with a sunny and mild climate throughout the year. The Kasbah, an authentic fortress inbuilt 1572. Above the doorway door, the inscription in Arabic and Dutch “fear God and honor your King”. After the earthquake of 1960, nothing remains of the proud fortress, only the restored wall, but the bird’s eye view remains exceptional over the bay of Agadir and therefore the port. Capitol Hill bears the inscription in Arabic: “God – The Fatherland – The King” which, just like the ramparts, is lit up in the dark .
